I lack in Self-Management in the classroom for sure. I am not a very organized person which effects me in majorly in the class room. But I can do some things to fix that issue. I can write down a set schedule and make sure I put every paper in the right place.
Communication is something I feel like I am good at, I explain every lesson in detail and make sure every student understands it.
Self Directed is something also I feel I am good at, I take things on without being asked and complete it without any issue.
And the last thing I feel I am good at Social-Awareness & Perspective-Taking, I can feel for my students and even other people and understand what they are going through.

Students being absent seems to be one of the biggest issues that teachers have to deal with. Students being gone causes for them to get behind and that leads to them failing classes or having bad grade. Teachers can also help the students by being the class like home and getting to know the students. They can also help by always showing up to class with a smile on their face.
We think that some students don't show up because they just don't want to but come to find out some don't come because they make bad grades and try to avoid, some kids get bullied and also some have a mental health you don't know about yet.

Teacher Created Material
Since I was unable to attend the competition this past weekend because I was taking my SAT. I am doing a teacher created material to make up for that that involves learning to stitch up wounded animals since am in Vet Med class for my internship.
Step 1: Clean the wound make sure the bleeding is stopped or to a minimum
Step 2: Start stitching, make a knot by the needle with the thread, go through the skin tie two knots than cut the thread and repeat until the wound is completely stitched up.

My First Week as an 2nd Year Intern
My first week in my site was amazing, I've already learned so much and am so lucky to be able to intern for a BCTAL Ag. class more specifically Veterinary Medical Applications with Mrs. Lopez. So far in the classroom I've already taught my first lesson over communication.
